Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has small rooms that are in need of updating but come with a walkout terrace offering a pleasant experience. The service is top-notch, meeting all our requests with friendliness and helpfulness. The location is superb, close to major attractions in the city center. The dining experience is satisfactory, offering good and tasty options. The facilities are decent but could be improved.
The hotel had a rustic decor but was clean and tidy, offering spacious rooms with a well-updated modern bathroom. While facing the street, the windows were not great but did the job perfectly for our stay, making it bigger than other hotels we stayed at in Venice and London.
The hotel offers small rooms with access to the terrace. The pillow wasn't to my liking, but the time spent in the room was comfortable overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean, had stained sheets and an old wool blanket. The room was smaller than what I was used to at boarding school. On the bright side, it did have a balcony. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and personable staff. The location was fantastic, but being a light sleeper, the noise overnight was a concern. The dining experience was simple but satisfactory, although it could have been slightly better. Despite some flaws, the hotel offers good value for money overall.
This hotel is a gem in the heart of Florence, offering a cozy and quiet stay with a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, although a bit small compared to some expectations. The service was outstanding, offering valuable assistance and a warm welcome. The location was prime, easily accessible to major attractions but with some noise concerns. The dining experience was satisfactory but lacked some quality in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, although the only downside was the view being of a wall. Access to the terrace was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, very nice, and helpful. The staff was informative and accommodating, making sure we had a quiet room. The location was fantastic, close to key attractions without being on a noisy street. The dining experience was good, but fresh fruits would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great place to stay.
